Accomplished industry leader with deep expertise in organisation and delivery of large-scale masterplanned projects.
Praveen has delivered several portfolio projects between UK, UAE and Indian markets with combined BUA of 12+mn sqft and value in excess of $15bn including the delivery of two mega projects [$2.4bn and $2.2bn] between 2007-16 in the UAE.
He is highly competent in CapEx Delivery, Commercial Acumen, Project Execution Plans, Procurement Strategies and Project Delivery Strategies, increasing productivity and project turn arounds. He has also authored and implemented Business Processes, and Asset management & operating framework.
Praveen has in-depth understanding of Residential, Commercial, F&B, Retail, Education and Mixed-Use asset classes.
Praveen has an unique distinction of being professionally qualified as an Architect, Project Manager and Business Administrator from leading institutes such as London Business School and Harvard Business School.

Madhurima has extensive experience in the UK, UAE and Indian markets in managing and delivering Strategic Frameworks, Master Plans, Public Realm Strategy, Design Codes, Design Guidance together with development briefs.
She is driven by and committed to the need that design solutions have long-term sustainable opportunities with focus on conserving and improving the built environment to create positive legacies for the community.
Madhurima believes in integrated design solutions
approach to ensure that all disciplines are fully coordinated
to create contextual design experience.
Her extensive experience includes design solutions for Government, Semi Government and Private Developers.
Madhurima is a qualfified Architect with Masters in Urban Design from Joint Centre for Urban Design, Oxford.
